Overview: PGA National Czech Republic Oaks Prague, located in the rolling countryside south of Prague, is an exquisite modern parkland course designed by world-renowned architect Kyle Phillips. Characterized by its immaculate, tournament-quality conditioning, strategic bunkering, and wide, sweeping fairways, the course winds through mature oak forests and open meadows. The layout offers a highly strategic and visually striking test of golf, featuring large, subtly contoured greens that require a precise short game and thoughtful course management.
History: Opened in 2020 as the centerpiece of a premium residential and lifestyle estate, Oaks Prague represents a major milestone in Central European golf, being designated as the official PGA National course for the Czech Republic. Phillips used the natural contours of the historic Nebřenice estate to craft a layout that looks entirely natural, working in harmony with the local environment. The club is managed by Troon Golf, ensuring world-class service and conditioning.
Did You Know? The spectacular clubhouse is housed in a meticulously restored 19th-century Neo-Renaissance chateau, Nebřenice Castle, which sat abandoned for decades before the development of the resort. The course’s signature par-4 18th hole plays directly toward the castle, providing a grand and historic finish to what is widely considered the finest course in the country.
