History: Founded in 1909 by local sportsmen, Royal Latem is one of Belgium's oldest and most traditional clubs. The course was expanded and refined in subsequent decades under the direction of Fred Hawtree and Martin Hawtree, who updated the classic forest course to modern tournament standards while preserving its historic parkland character.
